Personal Seguridad Precauciones Cuándo Usar el Multímetro

1. Do not use the damaged meter. Before using the meter, please check the case of the meter and pay attention to the insulation near the connection socket.

2. Check the test lead to see if there is damaged insulation or exposed metal, check the continuity of the test lead, and replace the damaged test lead before using the meter.

3. Cuando la operación es anormal, por favor no usar el instrumento, so la protección puede estar dañado. Cuando en duda, enviar el instrumento para reparar.

4. Por favor do not use this instrument near explosive gas, steam or dust.

5. Please do not input more than the rated voltage marked on the instrument between any two terminals or between any terminal and the earth.

6. Please use the meter to measure a known voltage to verify the meter before use.

7. Cuando medidor corriente, please turn off the power supply of the line before the meter is connected to the line.

8. When overhauling the instrument, please only use marked replacement parts.

9. Please pay special attention when measuring the average value of AC voltage 30V, peak value of 42V or DC 60V or more, because such voltage will cause electric shock hazard.

10. When using the test lead, please keep your fingers behind the stopper of the test lead.

11. When measuring, please connect the public test lead (black test lead) first and then connect the charged test lead (red test lead); when disconnecting, please disconnect the charged test lead first, and then disconnect the common test lead.

12. When opening the battery compartment, please remove all test leads from the meter.

13. Do not use the meter when the battery compartment or the case of the meter is not covered tightly or loosed.

14. When the battery low voltage indication symbol " " appears, please replace the battery as soon as possible to avoid electric shock or personal injury caused by misreading.

15. Please do not use a multimeter to measure voltages other than the CAT classification level shown on the multimeter.
